Who Can Race?
- Anyone can race at the area qualifier - even if you aren’t trying to qualify!!
- All you need is an active AMA membership and health insurance.
- Everyone gets two motos each day (not counting qualifying - if needed) and there are race divisions both days for
everyone.

What Does It Cost?
- The gate fees are listed CLICK HERE with free overnight parking. (4 years old and under free)
- RV Hookups (electric & water only) are limited, first come-first served. Cost is $15 per day for use of RV hookup.
Please pay this fee upon arrival to the track.
- Aonia Pass does not have a RV dump station. Do not dump your waste or waste water onsite.

- Race fees are listed CLICK HERE plus $10 MX Sports fee if you’re trying to qualify for the Amateur national.
- All racers must be AMA Members to participate in this event. You will find a link to become an AMA member on this site
or you can become an AMA member at the race. You MUST bring proof of your membership or renewal to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If your trying to qualify for the Amateur National Championship make sure you keep track of your copy
of the MX Sports form.
What is weekend schedule?
- When you arrive at the facility, please pay your Gate Fee and RV Hookup fee. If you arrive early in the week, please go
to the main sign-up building and take care of your gate/rv fees.
- Gates are open all week prior to the main Practice Day on Friday, March 14, 2008.
- All tracks/trails are closed until Friday's practice.
- Gate is open 6am -11pm each night.
- RV hookups are limited and first-come, first-served. $15/day for a hookup. Please, do not hold RV
hookup spots for someone unless they are there with you. It is unfair to hold RV spots when there are people who are
there and ready to use them. First come, FIRST SERVED.
- Find a parking spot in the pit area. Please park close together, be as organized as you can, and leave room for others
to pull in and out without blocking anyone in.
- NO children (under 16) allowed to drive pit vehicles. Adult, injured, elderly are ok to register a vehicle
for themselves only. This is for your own safety and comfort. OK to register a Mule, Golf Cart, ATV for adult use only. (Bicycles
OK for everyone).
- Adult Pit Vehicle Registration Fee for entire weekend: $15
- Any dangerous or risky issues with any pit vehicle will affect the racer and his/her results at this event.
- No motorized vehicles in Vendor's Row (except for authorized personnel) or main Grandstand area.
- Friday Practice Signup 8:00AM
- Friday Practice 9:00AM - approx 3:00PM
- Practice Order will be posted at event.
- Early Sign-up for Saturday's racing will be announced on Friday.
- All motors off at 7:00PM
- Saturday/Sunday Signup - 7:00AM
- Saturday/Sunday Rider's meeting at 7:45AM MANDATORY
- Saturday/Sunday Short Practice and then First Race immediately follow rider's meeting.
- Sunday Morning Church service by MXer's For Jesus before rider's meeting.
- RACE ORDER WILL BE POSTED AT EVENT
- RACE RESULTS POSTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON THE SCOREBOARD.
- FINAL RESULTS POSTED 30 MINUTES AFTER YOUR FINAL MOTO
What Are The Rules?
- The Area Qualifier is run under AMA Sports rules and MX Sports supplemental rules. Please read these rules prior to signing up. Especially the rules regarding the stock classes!!! This will help eliminate
signing up in the incorrect classes and possibly being disqualified.
- No Riding outside of designated areas.
- Stock Classes are subject to inspection before and /or after their motos.
- $50 protest fee (in writing) for any protests
What To Do In Order To Race.
- Show up at the track and pay your gate fee.
- Go to the sign up building during the sign up times.
- Select the class(es) you would like to race.
- Fill out the event entry form (and MX Sports form if trying to qualify) and pay your entry fees.
- Attend the mandatory rider's meeting each day.
- Show up at the starting line for your practices and races.
- Look for the official race schedule that will be posted by the end of practice.
- Go race and have fun!!
